- New rule for VLE Consent at Scheme Change for UP

For both existing and new VLEs registered in UP State, if there is a change in their scheme, they will be required to select "Interested" in the Scheme Change Consent popup.

If they do not do so, they will not be able to use any services they are entitled to.
