Daily Bio-Authentication (DBA) will now be chargeable, as SAHAJ incurs a cost from the partner for each bio-authentication. Charge: ₹1/- per DBA request (charged regardless of success or failure). It has been reported by a few admin users that they are unable to log in to the SAHAJ Portal using their EMPID. Additionally, affected users are also unable to reset their password using the Forgot Password option. The issue is being investigated, and a resolution has been implemented.
It has been observed that UP SMs are unable to pay for Upskilling due to low or no balance in SKASH. Since Upskilling is mandatory for UP SMs, they are unable to navigate to the recharge option as well. To resolve this, a new facility has been introduced to allow them to recharge their SKASH wallet and proceed with the payment for the Upskilling course.
As per compliance, account opening links are now being sent to the customer's mobile number received from SAHAJ Sathi. Customers can use this link to proceed with their account opening process.
