Terms & Conditions Agreement

Customer Clause:
  1. I, the Customer hereby authorize the Bank to store my AADHAR number and to fetch, authenticate, and store all necessary details from UIDAI for this transaction. The Bank may block my account without notice in case of discrepancies.
  2. I voluntarily agree to Aadhaar-based authentication for banking services and authorize the use of my Aadhaar number, biometric, and demographic information.
  3. I understand that requests may be denied if:
    • My Aadhaar number is incorrect
    • My details do not match those with UIDAI
  4. I agree that Aadhaar details may be updated across all my banking services for authentication purposes.
  5. I consent to receive government scheme payments using my Aadhaar information, and understand NPCI may map my account accordingly.
  6. I confirm my Aadhaar details provided are true, correct, and complete.
  7. I acknowledge the Bank is not liable if my provided details are false, incomplete, or incorrect.
  8. I have understood the nature of information shared upon authentication, and confirm the information is shared voluntarily and without coercion.
  9. I give consent to use or share Aadhaar details with Exchange, KRA, CERSAI, regulatory bodies, or as required by law.
  10. I understand that the identity details provided will only be used for onboarding and transactions.
  11. I understand the Bank may disclose my Aadhaar identity only to CIDR for authentication.
  12. I agree that biometric authentication may serve as my signature.
  13. I declare all information shared is voluntarily provided, and is true, updated, and complete.
