It has been observed that UP SMs are unable to pay for Upskilling due to low or no balance in SKASH.
Since Upskilling is mandatory for UP SMs, they are unable to navigate to the recharge option as well.
To resolve this, a new facility has been introduced to allow them to recharge their SKASH wallet and proceed with the payment for the Upskilling course.
