Update on Scheme Change Process

The following rules have been implemented in the SAHAJ Portal regarding the scheme change process, with the objective of eliminating any probability of issues that may prevent the SM from completing transactions:

  • Scheme cannot be changed if there is any pending recharge transaction from the SM side.
  • Scheme cannot be changed if the SM is not active.
  • A 24-hour gap is required between two scheme changes.
