Implemented limits on Forgot password at as below

a. IP Address - Limit upto 3 requests (Success or Failure) on same IP address.

b. User Name - Limit upto 3 requests (Success or Failure) on same IP address.

c. Mobile Number - Limit upto 3 requests (Success or Failure) on same IP address.

The limit time period initially will be 30 minutes. So user after above, cannot attempt another request from same IP, Username or Mobile number till the same.

In case user opens a logged in URL but is not logged in, user gets redirected to Login screen. Post login, take user to the page earlier requested.
